Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We can ship to most counties. You will need to email info@playmatz.com to receive a quote. You will need to include the products you are thinking about purchasing along with your shipping address.
How durable are your mats?
Our mats are made out of a vinyl material that can withstand most of the abuse your child will give it. It is weather proof so if your child leaves his/her mat in the rain or snow it is safe. Dry it off and it is back to new. Our mats will not tear apart.
Can you scratch off the print?
No. All of our mats are laminated with a protective layer so that your child can not damage the image.
Can you roll the mats up?
Yes. All of our mats can be rolled up and taken with you where ever you go. Unroll the mat, pull out his/her vehicles and start playing.
How long does it take to get my mat?
We ship your mat out within 2 Business Days + shipping time. We are centrally located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Do personalized mats take longer?
No.
